Easy Valentine's Day Pops

Are you ready for Valentine's Day?
If you're not, I've got a super easy solution!  Heart shaped Valentine pops.  Granted I'm not the Mom who welcomes these types of sweets but once in a while, it's allright!

Using a heart shaped pop mold, we sprinkled...sprinkles
Then poured our white chocolate into our pyrex...
We heated the chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and checked it each time to ensure we didn't overcook the chocolate and once melted, poured it into each heart mold.
We gently placed our lollipop sticks and wiggled them to ensure chocolate covered them.  Then, we poked them to ensure it was distributed correctly and no air bubbles were present.
After a couple of hours, they hardened and we simply popped them out of their molds...
Super easy and festive, they make sweet gifts for loved ones!  We also made a few milk chocolate ones. The girls made little m&m faces in them.  Easy to decorate and fun too!

Never being a huge white chocolate fan I somehow managed (yet again) to choke down a couple.  Lucky for me there's a few milk chocolate ones left.....
Hope your day is sweet!

  1. LOL! You managed to "choke down a couple". They turned out really cute. I love the little candy molds, but don't have heart ones! My kids unfortunately get a lot of treats. Hope you have a great Valentine's day!

  2. Yum! White chocolate is definitely something I can get into :-) Alas, we will be doing muffins here for breakfast, nothing too sugary...my kids are already off the walls.
