Rooibos, are you too good to be true?

I've been a coffee drinker for a while now.  Starbucks...check, Dunkins....check, Green Mountain....check.  You name it, I enjoyed it.  So, when my friend suggested I try the new Vanilla Rooibos tea featured at one of my favorite coffee chains, I was a wee bit skeptical.  Vanilla, fruity and great health benefits that rival green, black and white tea?  Could it be?

Here's the 411 on Rooibos - It actually contains antioxidants that are not found in green nor black tea!  Benefits include no additives, no caffeine and it's beneficial for those suffering from headaches and many more other related benefits.  Since this tea does not contain any caffeine, it has soothing effects on the nervous system. Finally it also contains zinc and alpha-hydroxy acid, which is reflected in healthier skin .

Stomach problems including indigestion, stomach ulcers, constipation and other similar related problems get a relief from consuming this tea. It also has anti-spasmodic properties, which relieves the stomach cramps and colic in infants. This tea is absolutely pure and natural, as it contains no additives, preservatives.
Since I've suffered from insomnia lately (thinking about every and any problem in and outside of my control), I thought I should at least give this tea a try.  I think it's exciting to think that a simple tea could be so beneficial!  So, in the coming months, if I have fantastic skin (HA!) and I'm looking more rested, you'll know that this tea is working.
