Healthy Appetites! Congrats Friend!

So, I must share with you the exciting news that my sweet friend recently announced, formally of Simply Sweet Nectar, now officially Healthy Appetites!   She is going to offer children's cooking classes in our area and I am so incredibly excited for her!  She's got fantastic ideas and a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and healthy eating habits.  I am over the moon thrilled that she is actually making it happen....not just talking about it, but taking action and making her vision a reality!  In this era of childhood obesity, it's so important that we are raising our kids with healthy eating habits and providing them with the tools they need to suceed in having a healthy life.

Be sure to follow her blog for ideas and ongoings in her home and classes.  I've made quite a few of her recipes in my home and the results have been happy kiddos and as you know, that makes for a happy Mama!

Imitation is the best form of flattery, right?
Check out Alyssa's Mummy Pizzas here and read more about her journey.  Also, be sure to "Like" her facebook page here to be "in the know" regarding events, classes and to contact her!

Finally, give her shout out and congratulations.  This is one Mama actually making it happen and making a difference in our community!  Very inspiring and exciting!

One more thing...head over to Townsend House today to enter to win a box of amazing cookies from The Cravory.  I've had these and they are out of this world amazing...Santa would be VERY happy to get some of these!  Enter here.

Have a happy day my friends!  We are starting ours slowly - with a two hour school delay.  Let the sloppy weather pattern continue!  It is November in New England afterall!
