Maple Nectarine Ice Pops

We headed to our favorite farm right before school started to go peach picking.  The peaches were closed for ripening but we were able to do a little nectarine picking!  As always when we pick, we tend to get more than we can consume.  On this particularly hot day, we decided to whip up some Nectarine Maple Ice Pops.  So easy and refreshing, the girls have requested them over and over again!  Yummy!

Ingredients Needed:
4-6 ripe nectarines
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
1.  Slice nectarines into pieces, add maple syrup and lemon juice and pulse in blender until combined.  You may need to add a little water but don't add too much as it will make your pops less flavorful.
2.  Once blended, fill ice pop molds and freeze
3.  Enjoy!

This also works well if you want to make peach honey ice pops!  Simply combine peaches and 1/4 cup of honey, add lemon juice and freeze!

Enjoy!  Linking up today at The Chicken Chick and at Townsend House, click below and share!
