Easter Wrap Up

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter! Ours was relaxing and fun. By the end of the day, our bellies were full with good food and plenty of love. It's always fun to watch the girls hunt for eggs and greet their Easter baskets. I love that when you're a kid, chalk and bubbles never get old!
Our meal was simple and nice. I made a boneless spiral ham for the meat eaters and did a yummy veggie frittata for the rest of us. Spring greens, roasted potatoes with rosemary and green beans. We had a delicious raspberry tart for desert and ended our weekend with s nice, long walk while the girls enjoy the bike ride. It was a bit of a chilly day but by 5 o'clock, the sun felt warm. Definitely felt like a Spring day!
Looking ahead to this week, we have another busy one! Play practice, running, school and work. I was thrilled to see 70° and sun this upcoming Thursday so we are definitely moving in the right direction!
I hope you're off to a great Tuesday!
