Fruity Coconut Water Ice Pops (Easy Recipe)

Last week I shared an Almond Butter Banana Ice Pop recipe. This week, I'm sharing another delicious hot weather treat: Fruity Coconut Water Ice Pops!

This recipe couldn't easier, they came together in just a couple of minutes and turned out so delicious, hydrating and refreshing! With another HOT week ahead of us, it's definitely worth giving these a try! All you need is some coconut water and your favorite fruit! I found that the pineapple coconut water tasted the best with this recipe but feel free to use whatever you'd like most!

Fruity Coconut Water Ice Pops

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries (or the fruit of your choice)
  • 2 cups pineapple coconut water
Directions
Simply place your sliced strawberries along the sides of your ice pop molds and slowly fill with your coconut water. Freeze for at least 4 hours. That's it! I'm telling you, we all enjoyed these delicious ice pops and have been dreaming of our next round. I'm thinking mango with a sprinkle of coconut flakes for a tropical ice pop!

Let me know your favorite Ice Pop recipe if you have one - or any fruity combo you think would be delicious!

Stay cool!
