Do you ever feel like you're trying to get it all done? This week has felt like a sprint, rushing here and there, to appointments and commitments. Yes, it's our last full week of school vacation but way back in June I decided it would be a "great idea" to load all our appointments: doctors, dentists, hair, vet, car into this week. Well, we are running everywhere and still trying to cram in the fun. 
Yesterday I thought about getting the girls a smoothie but then I decided I would make our own. I feel like that's relatively easy and so much better than what you can but at the usual suspects. Luckily, I also had some convenient and delicious frozen wild blueberries from Wyman's of Maine just waiting to be enjoyed. Super convenient, these blueberries are perfect stash in your freezer and using your favorite smoothies and recipes! I love the resealable bag too!
Blueberry Chia Smoothie 
  • 1 cup Wyman's Wild Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blend and mix on high. Add ice if you like yours extra cold. Serve and enjoy!

  2. I love keeping frozen blueberries in the house! We use them a lot. The girls have been making smoothies all summer and I like them in oatmeal to cool it down.

  4. I LOVE wild blueberries! I tried them for the first time about 6 months ago, and can't get enough! They make the perfect smoothie! I will have to see if an of my stores carry Wymans :)

  5. ooh, looks so good! I always have a bag of mixed frozen berries, I'll have to look for this brand, the wild blueberries are always the most flavourful.
