Light and Fruity Peanut Butter Sundaes

Searching for a quick, easy, light and healthy dessert?  I whipped this up the other day when the cupboards were bare and we gobbled it up.

Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 pint fresh raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream or truwhip cream
Directions:
On four seperate plates or bowls, place two tablepoons of ice cream, top with sliced bananas, raspberries and top with a dollop of peanut butter.  This was way better than I imagined!
Happy Weekend-ing My Friends!  Linking up over at Townsend House today!  Come share what you've been eating!
