Light and Fruity Peanut Butter Sundaes
Searching for a quick, easy, light and healthy dessert?  I whipped this up the other day when the cupboards were bare and we gobbled it up.  
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, sliced
 - 1 pint fresh raspberries
 - 4 tablespoons peanut butter
 - 8 tablespoons vanilla ice cream or truwhip cream
 
Directions:
On four seperate plates or bowls, place two tablepoons of ice cream, top with sliced bananas, raspberries and top with a dollop of peanut butter.  This was way better than I imagined!

Yummy! I've found that many things can be improved with a dollop of peanut butter on top! Hope you have a wonderful weekend :)
