POM Wonderful Feature and Giveaway
A couple of weeks ago, the lovely folks over at POM Wonderful sent me a case of their 100% pomegranate juice. Never having tried it before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm not exactly a juice drinker but when I read the benefits of pomegranate juice and that it is an antioxidant "super power", I figured it was worth a shot.

Much to my surprise, I found that I actually enjoyed drinking it. It offers a tart flavor and is delicious when I add just a splash to my tea in the evenings (my new nightly ritual). I have some red rooibos that I've tried it with as well as some cranberry tea. It feels like a treat, even though I'm drinking something good for me. In addition to drinking the tea, I was pretty excited to find a whole bunch of festive holiday recipes that I could utilize my POM Wonderful juice with!

My daughter loves pomagranates and I am sure she would just love to drink the juice or make icees out of it. But I would love to look up some recipies to bake with it for the holidays.
