Peanut Butter+Chocolate= One Holly Jolly Elf

On the holiday fair circuit last weekend, I came across a lot of bake sales and goodie tables.  I can surprisingly usually resist but did come across a lady selling something that didn't look spectacular but after further, investigation and a giant "sample" taste test, decided that this would be on my "to do" list for holiday baking.  So here goes....
Peanut Marshmallow Candy

• 2 1/2 lbs white chocolate
• 18 ounces smooth peanut butter
• 2 cups dry roasted peanuts (optional)
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 3 cups Rice Krispies

1. Melt together the white chocolate and the peanut butter in a pan in the oven at 200°F Then stir in:.
2. peanuts,marshamallows and cereal. Drop by spoonfuls on wax paper. Place in fridge for a few minutes to set.

I'm hoping to make a "test batch" this weekend in addition to celebrating and spending some quality time with the family!
