45+

Last week was either a delightful treat or a cruel joke, depending on whether you are a "glass half full" or "glass half empty" person.  The weather, which was consistantly above 80 degrees for at least four days last week, was simply amazing.  Sunny, beautiful and perfect.  We took full advantage of this weather and spent the majority of the week outside, playing in the sandbox, Spring cleaning (I can't tell you how many bags and tarps FULL of pine needles we took to the dump), preparing to garden, blowing bubbles and just enjoying this sweet gift. 

So amazing in fact that I almost forgot that it was still March.  We are preparing for Easter, not July 4th...even though we enjoyed homeade pops (something that we don't do until June typically) and swinging...

 took the Jeep out for a ride and wore our favorite skirts and shorts!

They said the weather would end...and it did, diving back down to the 50's, then 40's and now, upper 30's.  Ouch.  That's a 45 degree nosedive that has brought us to scramble for the Winter coats and hats again.  Yes, it's still March but here's hoping for more days of warmth instead of cold and a mild Spring. 

Oh and as a treat for you, I don't usually share too many pictures of myself so I thought I would share one of myself enjoying the weather last week.
