Happy Memorial Day!

I hope you have a wonderful day family and friends!  We will be whipping up some delicious Portobello Burgers today, along with some Grilled Greens.  I absolutely love our grill and plan to use it more than ever this Summer!  Since yesterday was spent weeding, today will be spent getting our veggies planted and we'll enjoy our first batch of spinach from our earthbox!  Peas are up next!
