3/4 cup natural sugar (or plain sugar) plus 1 tablespoon
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek Pineapple yogurt (I used, you guessed it - Chobani!)
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
Combine oil, vanilla and sugar, beat in eggs, one at a time. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Then combine dry ingredients with the wet and fold in strawberries carefully. Pour into a prepared loaf pan and pour in. Dust with sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes clean. Let cool and enjoy!
Umm, yes, this looks delicious! And chiobani should be paying you with all the yogurt plugs you give them :-)
