Earth Balance Dairy Free and a Giveaway!

About a year ago, when we eliminated most of the dairy in my oldest daughter's diet, I was concerned about butter.  She loves it, I love it so it was important that we found something that would offer a buttery taste without the lactose.    Of course, it's tricky when you need a dairy free option so I decided to try out Earth Balance and was pleased with the results!

Earth Balance products are plant-based, vegan, made without artificial ingredients or hydrogenated oils, and are free of gluten, lactose and eggs.  Some of their products are organic.  The company offers soymilk, eggs, nutbutters, dressings, snacks, culinary spreads and my favorite, the buttery spreads!  You can check out their line of flavors here, I usually buy the soy free.
