Be Snacksational with General Mills™ and @Shaws #besnacksational! #ad #sponsored

I don't know about you guys, but by this point in the year I'm pretty much out of creative and fun snack ideas.  The lunchboxes feature the same sandwiches, wraps and salads.  Snacks are typically fruit, nuts, veggies or muffins.  I'm all out of ideas, quite a difference from the start of the school year, when I seem to have more enthusiasm to create all sorts of fun and nutritious snacks.  That's why I was so excited to team up with with General Mills and Shaws in their Be Snacksational! initiative.  I could definitely use some encouragement and inspiration right about now! Savory or sweet, crunchy or soft, you can rest assured there's always a delicious snack in your future! I decided to create a couple fun snacks to remind us that anytime's a great one to Be Snacksational!
Since Easter's this Sunday, what better snack to share than some Running Bunnies? Featuring Annie’s®  delicious crackers and pretzels, you can't go wrong with this twist on an old favorite!
Running Bunnies
Ingredients
1/4 cup Annie’s® Organic Cheddar Snack Mix
1/4 cup organic cream cheese
4 stalks celery, divided in thirds
1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1/4 cup cranberries if desired

Spread 6 of the celery sticks with peanut butter and the other 6 with cream cheese
Top the peanut butter celery sticks with Annie’s®  bunny pretzels and cranberries
Top the cream cheese celery sticks with Annie’s®  cheddar bunny crackers
Enjoy!
*My kids LOVED this fun take on an old favorite. The peanut butter celery sticks were our favorite, offering a crunchy, sweet and creamy flavor explosion!
We also made some delicious no bake granola squares...
The Bunny Trail No Bake Squares
Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1 handful Annie’s® pretzels
1/2 cup cacao powder and 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups sunflower seed butter
1/2 cup honey
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir in sunflower seed butter and honey until well combined. Top with Annie’s® pretzels, the bunnies and carrots are perfect for Spring! Press into the pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy. Store in fridge (or freezer for longer storage)
