Almond Butter Banana Ice Pops
Since most of the country is enduring a heatwave, I figured I'd jump on the bandwagon and share a yummy recipe for Almond Butter Banana Ice Pops that we made this week. We don't eat a ton of dairy in our home and this tasty pop is made with delicious vanilla almond milk, which is a staple! I love the added protein power of the almond butter too!
Almond Butter Banana Ice Pops
1 banana
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon carob or cocoa powder
2 tablespoons almond butter (or any nut butter will work)
In blender, combine all ingredients until smooth, divide into ice pop molds and freeze.
What you get is a protein packed, delicious cold treat! These were sort of like almond butter fudgicles and did not disappoint! Since trips to the ice cream shop can get a bit pricey, this is s sure way to cool down!
Have a great weekend!

These sound so good! All of my favorite flavors. We just tried the TJ's brand vanilla almond milk and it's now our favorite!
