Sea Band Feature and Giveaway!
Please note, I received this product for free from Moms Meet to use and post my honest opinions. Compensation for this post was provided and this page may contain affiliate links.
It's been 15 days since my last post - that's 1/2 the month! I feel like I'm failing in one of my favorite places! I miss you guys but stepping back into a new routine has been a challenge. I feel now that we've had a couple weeks under our belt, we're getting there. I hope to be back in this space more frequently going forward!
Back to business! A couple weeks ago, Moms Meet reached out and asked if I'd like to review a few Sea Band products over here on Barefoot by the Sea. First things first - no, I'm not expecting but I know a lot of women out there who are! If you’ve ever been pregnant before, chances are, you may have had to deal with bouts of nausea throughout your pregnancy. With Sea-Band Mama!, the leading brand in morning sickness relief, you can relieve your nausea in a safe and natural way. The Sea-Band Mama! line has been specially created to help soothe and calm your tummy during pregnancy so that you can start enjoying this special time again. As an aside, I was sick for the first trimester with both girls and it was kind of miserable. I certainly wish I had Sea Band products back then to help ease my discomfort! On a side note, Gwen Stefani wore her Sea-Band Mama! bands during her 3rd pregnancy to help relieve her of her morning sickness. Good enough for a rock star? Worth a try in my opinion!
What is it?
- Recommended by midwives and pregnant women around the world, the Sea-Band Mama! acupressure wrist band provides a natural choice for effective morning sickness relief!
- Sea-Band is a knitted elasticated wrist band, which operates by applying pressure on the Nei Kuan acupressure point on each wrist by means of a plastic stud. The bands can be worn on each wrist whenever you feel nauseous.
- I often get car sick and gave the Sea Band a try on a recent road trip and it actually worked. I was skeptical but I actually didn't feel the usual discomfort associated with car rides!
- Sea Bands are available for adults and children!
Sea Band Mama! Also offers two additional products to help with Preganacy Morning Sickness, their Ginger Lozenges which offer natural ginger and has been used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine to counteract the pain associated with
stomach upsets. By stimulating the production of digestive juices, it acts quickly to neutralize stomach acids and
soothe tender tummies. These are free from artificial colors and flavors! Sea-Band Mama! Ginger Lozenges have been specially
formulated with natural Zingiber Officinale, which is full of the essential oils gingerol and shogaol that can help
relieve morning sickness.
Sea-Band Mama's Ginger and Spearmint Rollette uses concentrated plant extracts in the form of essential oils, aromatherapy is well known for relaxation as well as
the relief of many ailments. Inhalation of essential oils stimulates the body’s olfactory system, transferring a signal to
the limbic system thus triggering the release of natural chemicals that relieve tummy upset.
